An experienced Entrepreneur for the past 21 years and Mahir has experienced slumps of business and property investments and property devolopment in London. His future ambition are to become the UK’s leading investor company indeed. Mahir hold a BA from Kings College University and an Mba from London School of Economics (LSE).
MEHMET CAN
MANAGING DIRECTOR ( MD )
Mehmet was appointed company Managing Director from begining of Future Investors Ltd. He prepares a business case to justify the investment and securing corporate agreement and funding. He leads and motivates the project delivery team. All project managers daily reports to Mehmet. Managing the risks, issues and changes on the projects. He also, maintaning communications with stakeholders and project organisation. Mehmet never stop thinking about better ideas and he is creative and brave Entrepreneur. He is a 15 years experienced individual property developer and stock market investor. Mehmet succesfully implements company policy and always develop strategic plans. Assuming full accountability for the board for all company operations. He will publish his first book “AGARTHA” very soon, also has a poetry book. He worked for Reuters Plc and other big International companies in Uk. He set up first Private radio and tv broadcasting company in Izmir years ago. Memet holds master degree in Social Psychology from Middlesex University, Bachelor degree in Sociology and General History and Mba in London School of Economics (LSE) .
CLARE CALDWELL
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Clare is an excelent, senior project manager. She always delighted when Directors assigned to one her property development projects. She runs meeting very efficiently, gently keeping the conversation on track and facilitating the decision making process by asking the right questions. She is a tremendous asset to our team. Clare, frequently demonstrated her knowledge of the property investment sector. She bulids the project team and also collects and allocates the resources and budget avaible to specific tasks. Lucy is very bright and professional project manager. She represented a consultancy, corporate, property company, developer or contractor. She engage with the design team, review complex date and help drive projects forward. Lucy enjoys the challenges of multi million projects.she records all the task and assigns deadlines for each as well as stating the relationships and dependencies between each activity. She ensures the outputs deliveried by the project are accepted by the business and closes down the project team. Lucy has the responsibility of the planing procurement and execution of a project. Analyze and resolve project issues in timely and accurate manner. And prepare project proposals and develop project plan, schedule and budget. She worked for Savills and Homes Ltd. before as a project manager indeed. Lucy holds BA in management from University of Leicester and Mba in University of College (UCL).
